Event Chronicle is designed around a simple privacy principle: TYMOFII does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use of the app.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Event Chronicle mobile application and related services operated by TYMOFII TOV (the “Service Provider”). It is effective as of October 26, 2026.

What information we collect

Event Chronicle does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the app. Registration is not required and TYMOFII does not create a user account or personal profile from normal app use.

If the app is used while connected to the internet, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity. TYMOFII does not retain that information or use it for behavioral tracking.

Precise location

Event Chronicle does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-party sharing

Because Event Chronicle does not collect personal information through normal use, TYMOFII does not sell, rent, or share personal app data with third parties.

Data Retention

TYMOFII does not retain personal data generated through normal use of Event Chronicle. There is no TYMOFII account database, cloud profile, or server-side history of your personal events created by ordinary use of the app.

Any temporary network-level protocol information necessary to establish connectivity is not retained by TYMOFII for tracking or profiling.

Data Deletion

Since TYMOFII does not collect or retain personal information through normal use of Event Chronicle, there is generally no server-side personal data for TYMOFII to delete.

Uninstalling the application removes the application from your device. If you voluntarily contact TYMOFII and provide personal information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting us using the email below.

Children

Event Chronicle is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. TYMOFII does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the application to them.

Security & data breach notice

Because Event Chronicle does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure risk is limited. No security system is completely secure, however, and TYMOFII applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may hold after you voluntarily contact the company.

If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to TYMOFII, we will provide notifications when required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

TYMOFII may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent to a material change, TYMOFII will seek it before the change takes effect.
